How to read the Pit Wall

What you are looking at

The Pit Wall is a live view of Alice, the At Events voice agent, at work. Every phone call she makes or receives shows up here as it happens, and the board refreshes itself every few seconds. Nothing on it is staged: each car, row and chip is a real call to a real phone.

The starting grid

Cars appear on the grid when a call produces a real lead. The front row holds the hottest outcomes, and the car colour tells you what happened:

Calls that did not produce a lead (declined, voicemail, no answer) stay off the grid on purpose. They are tracked in the timing tower and the stats, but the grid and the leads-per-minute dial only ever count genuine leads.

Lights and the speedo

The five red race lights arm while calls are in progress (the caption reads Formation lap) and go out when the session is idle. The speedo shows leads per minute for the current session: how quickly Alice is turning dials into transferred calls, callbacks and event interest.

The timing tower

The tower lists every prospect, most recent activity first. The coloured bar and label show each call's outcome using the same colours as the grid, plus:

The small dot at the end of a row is the caller's mood, judged automatically from the conversation:

Tap any row

Tapping a row opens the call detail: the outcome, what was captured (callback time or the event they mentioned), a short summary, why the mood was judged the way it was, and a player with the full call recording.

You can also leave a star rating and a comment on any call. Ratings and comments go straight to the Great Outcomes team and survive board resets, so they are the best way to flag anything that felt off or anything that impressed you.

The HubSpot chip

A few seconds after a call ends, an orange HubSpot chip appears on that person's row. It means the call has already been written into the CRM automatically: a contact, plus a call activity carrying the recording, the transcript and the summary. Nobody typed anything.

Click the chip and the actual HubSpot record opens in a new tab, so you can see for yourself exactly what your team would find after every call. The same link appears as a View in HubSpot button inside the call detail.

The stats row

Leads counts transfers, callbacks and other-event interest together. Transferred, Callbacks and Other event break that down. Voicemail / missed and Declined cover the rest, and Avg call is the average length of a completed conversation.

Try it yourself

Use Have Alice call you on the board: pick a name from the list, enter your mobile in international format (for example +61412345678) and press Call. Alice will ring you within seconds and treat you as that prospect, and your call will land on the board like any other, HubSpot chip included.

Placing calls needs the access code from the Great Outcomes team. Enter it once in the Access code box, press Save, and the board remembers it on your device.
